Commentary Submission - STN 2019

For the 2019 STN Convention in Seattle, WA, our prompt for the commentary contest was "What would you do to change STN?" Our main focus as a team was to talk about the issues of equitability and how funding directly impacts how contests are judged at the convention. We received an honorable mention for our submission.
